Yesterday I ran a 10K race here in Lund, Sweden. It wasn't a pretty sight, but I made it across the finish line, after 1 hour and 21 minutes :)
Not too bad considering that I have only trained for a couple of weeks.
And it shouldn't be too difficult to improve on that time next time I do a run like this... :)
